Job Summary

To support a top loan officer in the Reno area, the full-time Nevada Licensed Loan Processor will manage and execute all tasks required for processing residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process various types of residential mortgage loans, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze complex financial documentation, including income calculations, and submit complete loan packages to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, maintaining timely communication with all parties involved and ensuring compliance with closing dates and deadlines

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience, with a focus on Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans
• Ability to handle a pipeline of 50+ loans and fund at least 25 loans per month
• Proficiency in loan origination systems, with familiarity in Byte preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
