Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Originator and/or Mortgage Sales Leader (Experienced).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor high-performing mortgage sales teams
• Manage retail residential mortgage sales operations
• Originate loans and develop client relationships in various lending environments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 3 years of recent leadership experience in mortgage sales for leadership roles
• At least 2 years of recent retail residential mortgage origination experience for non-leadership roles
• Experience with federally chartered banks or independent mortgage banks preferred
• Ability to work in various lending environments, including remote and hybrid options
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and market dynamics
