Nevada Licensed Neurology Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the development and coordination of epilepsy and memory clinic programs, the fully remote Nevada Licensed Neurology Coordinator will manage program implementation, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance while serving as a clinical resource for a complex neurological patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational and strategic goals for epilepsy and memory clinic programs in alignment with accreditation standards
• Monitor clinical processes and quality outcomes related to epilepsy and memory clinic services, ensuring regulatory compliance and performance improvement
• Serve as a key resource for patient education and coordination, developing educational materials and supporting multidisciplinary teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting required, with specialty practice experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Registered Nurse license
• Preferred certifications in neuroscience, epilepsy, or quality management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to utilize electronic medical records and telehealth platforms
