Nevada Licensed NICU Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NICU Case Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for hospitalized members
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans
• Advocate for patients and ensure their needs are represented within the healthcare team

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted license in the State of Nevada
• 2+ years of NICU clinical experience
• Exceptional knowledge in NICU and patient assessment
• Intermediate proficiency in using a PC in a Windows environment, including MS Word and Excel
