Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medication treatment for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care
• Work full-time with flexible shift options, adhering to a patient-centered practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states
• At least 1 year of experience in an independent, outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
• Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
• Licensure required to practice independently without physician supervision in certain states
