Nevada Licensed Patient Ambassador

Job Summary

To support a dynamic patient experience, the full-time Nevada Licensed Patient Ambassador will engage with potential patients through various communication channels to schedule consultations, assist existing patients with their needs, and maintain accurate patient records in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new patients and schedule free consultations via inbound and outbound calls, SMS, live chat, and email
• Support existing patients by managing follow-up requests and connecting them with appropriate clinical staff
• Accurately capture and enter patient information into CRM systems while adhering to Quality Assurance standards

Required qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of sales experience with a quota or objective
• Ability to work at least 1 weekend day regularly
• Capability to establish a private workspace with a lockable door
• High-speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps
