Job Summary
Seeking a Nevada Licensed Patient Ambassador, the full-time remote position will manage patient interactions through inbound and outbound communications to schedule consultations, support existing patients, and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome new patients and schedule free consultations via various communication channels
- Support existing patients by facilitating follow-ups and connecting them with clinical staff as needed
- Accurately capture patient information and adhere to compliance requirements while engaging with patients
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience with a quota or objective
- Ability to work at least 1 weekend day regularly
- Capability to establish a private workspace with no background noise
- High-speed internet connection and basic technical troubleshooting skills
