Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Pega Decisioning Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement decisioning logic enhancement roadmap to increase business value
• Manage the full life cycle software development process and ensure compliance standards are met
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the Pega Program team and collaborate with multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega's Customer Decision Hub
• 8+ years of experience in programming and software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
• BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Certification as a Certified Senior System Architect is required; LSA Certification preferred
• Certification as a Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant is required
