Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound or outbound phone calls to patients regarding medication orders and benefits verification
• Coordinate and process requests for new and refill order shipments, ensuring insurance coverage
• Assist in enrolling new customers and provide explanations of services to them

Required Qualifications

• Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role managing complex customer needs over the phone
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications and internet navigation
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
• Must have a direct internet connection and a secure home workspace
