Job Summary

Engaging with patients and healthcare providers, the full-time Pharmacy Care Technician will gather medication information, document interventions, and serve as a liaison between care teams while working remotely from Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document pertinent medication information in software systems
• Serve as a liaison between care clinicians and the pharmacy team, collaborating with internal and external departments
• Support medication adherence outreach efforts and assist with administrative tasks for tracking and reporting metrics

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in Nevada
• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office & Windows (including Excel)
