Nevada Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support the planning and execution of moderately complex programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare work statements, define scope and priorities, and develop budgets and schedules for assigned programs
• Assist in project staffing and organize team members to ensure clear communication of objectives and deadlines
• Document program progress, conduct risk analyses, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure adherence to deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six (6) or more years of experience in project management, preferably with Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology and software, with a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire
• Experience working with client vision and business objectives
• Creative problem solver with the ability to define structure from ambiguity
