Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and ensure efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Assistant Property Manager and ensure proper execution of tasks
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors while maintaining communication with residents
• Oversee property management tasks including leasing processes, maintenance coordination, and legal compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Management experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Active Real Estate License in NV, with reciprocity for licenses held in other states
• Experience using YARDI preferred
