Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Engagement Network Specialist who will manage provider relationships and ensure accurate provider data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for provider networking, maintaining relationships with physicians and provider groups
• Oversee daily operations of contractual provider relationships and maintain accurate provider databases
• Research and resolve complex provider-related issues, serving as the primary contact for assigned providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of provider services experience in a managed healthcare environment
• Experience with provider contracting and benefits interpretation
• Knowledge of internal operations of provider relations
• Experience in issue resolution for complex provider contracts
