Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Project Manager to coordinate and monitor quality improvement and organizational projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage HEDIS and NCQA submissions, including educational sessions for staff
- Analyze data and develop presentations and materials for committees and newsletters
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and project deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's preferred
- 4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in managed care
- Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Must reside in Nevada to be considered for the position
