Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Project Manager to coordinate and monitor quality improvement and organizational projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage HEDIS and NCQA submissions, including educational sessions for staff
  • Analyze data and develop presentations and materials for committees and newsletters
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and project deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's preferred
  • 4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in managed care
  • Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
  • Must reside in Nevada to be considered for the position
