Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, submit, process, and schedule referrals from primary care providers
• Review and confirm all necessary documents and information for referrals
• Handle paperwork, faxing, scanning, and multiple telephone calls related to referrals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• CPR certified or able to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
• 2+ years of experience in a health-related field
• 2+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and/or Practice Management Software systems
