Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Nevada Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity conditions, managing a consistent caseload while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative responsibilities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clearly defined goals and minimal administrative tasks
• Exercise independent clinical judgment while collaborating with an in-house referral network and operational support team

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
