Job Summary

A company is looking for an Out of Area RN Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assess members' current health status
• Utilize InterQual criteria to determine appropriate hospital settings for patients
• Coordinate member care through the health care continuum and collaborate with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Nevada
• 2+ years of acute clinical experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain additional licenses as required
