Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Nevada Licensed Senior Attorney will conduct legal research and analysis, draft pleadings, and manage a caseload, with flexibility for in-office and hybrid/remote work in Las Vegas, NV.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations while managing case strategy

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in insurance defense (premises liability, construction defect, and/or transportation)
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Nevada state bar
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
