Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Lead and mentor less experienced attorneys while maintaining routine communications with clients
• Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high-quality representation

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the state of Nevada
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters is preferred
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
