Job Summary

Seeking a Nevada Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-stakes litigation, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys, with flexible work arrangements available.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in Nevada
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
