Nevada Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Nevada Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage litigation cases, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that supports remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop a compelling case theme to counter plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Nevada
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
