Job Summary
Seeking a Nevada Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and depositions
- Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in Nevada
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
