The remote full-time Nevada Licensed Senior Staff Attorney will manage complex litigation cases throughout Nevada, focusing on premises liability, products liability, and automobile accidents while independently developing defense strategies and preparing legal documents.
Key responsibilities
- Handle complex and high exposure litigation cases from inception through trial
- Conduct extensive legal research and develop defense strategies independently
- Prepare and present complex pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs without supervision
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and license to practice in Nevada
- Minimum of 5 years of tort legal experience
- Documented first chair jury trial/appellate expertise preferred
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
