Job Summary

Fluent in English and Spanish, the full-time Nevada Licensed Senior Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service support, managing complex case resolutions and fostering relationships within the Airbnb community remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end support for key community members, ensuring complete resolution of issues related to reservations
• Provide personalized customer support, addressing user needs with efficiency and high hospitality standards
• Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and support team success through insights and recommendations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in multicultural customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written
• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Apple/Mac OS, Google Suite, and CRM systems
