Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collaborating Sports Medicine Physician.

Key Responsibilities

Provide collaboration and oversight for APP providers as required by Nevada law
Assist with licensing and credentialing processes for the organization
Update CAQH profiles promptly for credentialing submissions

Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Licensed to practice in the state of Nevada
Board certification in Family Medicine: Sports Medicine
Fellowship trained in Sports Medicine
Must be available for a part-time commitment of 2 hours per month
