Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Support Center Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and manages the member and provider support center to ensure exemplary service and accountability for performance
  • Identifies opportunities for process development and implements programs to enhance the member and provider experience
  • Hires, trains, and develops team members while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of customer service, call center, and/or sales experience, including 5 years of call center experience
  • 3-5 years of management or leadership experience
  • Understanding of insurance products including Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace/enrollment processes
  • Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
