Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Support Center Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the member and provider support center to ensure exemplary service and accountability for performance
- Identifies opportunities for process development and implements programs to enhance the member and provider experience
- Hires, trains, and develops team members while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of customer service, call center, and/or sales experience, including 5 years of call center experience
- 3-5 years of management or leadership experience
- Understanding of insurance products including Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace/enrollment processes
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
