Job Summary

To support a growing tax and advisory practice, the full-time Nevada Licensed Tax Manager will lead advanced tax planning and advisory engagements, review complex business tax returns, and build improved tax workflows in a remote-first, flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced tax planning and advisory engagements for closely held businesses and high-net-worth clients
• Review complex business tax returns including S-Corps and Partnerships
• Mentor and support junior tax staff while collaborating with leadership and advisory teams

Required qualifications

• Active CPA license required
• 6+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong business tax and advisory background
• Experience with closely held businesses and/or high-net-worth clients
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
