Nevada Licensed Tax Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing professional services firm, the remote Nevada Licensed Tax Reviewer will oversee the tax return process, ensuring high-quality client outcomes while reviewing complex business tax returns and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and finalize business tax returns prepared by internal and offshore teams
• Analyze workpapers to identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, leading discussions on return results and filing requirements

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience reviewing business tax returns
• Prior public accounting experience is highly preferred
• Strong experience with business tax returns (1065, 1120, 1120S)
• CPA or Enrolled Agent designation preferred or actively pursuing
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in tax returns
