Job Summary

Guiding a high-performing team, the full-time Nevada Licensed Team Manager will oversee claims investigations, ensure compliance with service standards, and collaborate with senior leadership in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and communicate performance standards, conduct appraisals, and administer corrective actions as needed
• Review and assign claims, ensuring workloads are balanced and productivity is maximized
• Coach team members on investigations and compliance standards, while preparing them for client and carrier claim reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Five or more years of progressive experience as a Claim Examiner, demonstrating expertise in complex cases
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable
• Thorough knowledge of insurance coverages and practices
• Familiarity with legal, medical, and technical disciplines related to claims processing
