Job Summary
Guiding a high-performing team, the full-time Nevada Licensed Team Manager will oversee claims investigations, ensure compliance with service standards, and collaborate with senior leadership in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and communicate performance standards, conduct appraisals, and administer corrective actions as needed
- Review and assign claims, ensuring workloads are balanced and productivity is maximized
- Coach team members on investigations and compliance standards, while preparing them for client and carrier claim reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Five or more years of progressive experience as a Claim Examiner, demonstrating expertise in complex cases
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable
- Thorough knowledge of insurance coverages and practices
- Familiarity with legal, medical, and technical disciplines related to claims processing
