Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Nevada Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, focusing on client care while enjoying scheduling flexibility and administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapy using evidence-based modalities to support autistic and neurodivergent clients
• Manage a caseload of clients, with opportunities for steady referrals and growth
• Participate in regular peer consultations and specialized training to enhance clinical skills

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
