Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephone Triage RN Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform telephonic nursing assessments to determine appropriate triage protocols
• Develop individualized care strategies and collaborate with stakeholders for effective care management
• Advocate for members' needs and ensure quality coordinated care

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with an active unrestricted license in the State of Nevada
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Basic to intermediate proficiency using a PC in a Windows environment
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays
