Job Summary
To support a growing Direct Inside Sales team, the full-time Nevada Licensed TeleSales Executive will contact qualified vacation club owners via telephone to assist them in building portfolios and making purchase recommendations while generating maximum net sales volume in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing vacation club owners to facilitate sales of additional Ownership points
- Follow a detailed sales process to make purchase recommendations and maximize sales volume
- Participate in scheduled sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Required qualifications
- Active Nevada state real estate license, if required
- Sales experience in a relevant field
- Basic technical abilities to navigate Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and other required software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Residence in a state with an active broker relationship for HGV roles
