Job Summary

To support a Med-Psych Management Program, the full-time Nevada Licensed Therapist will provide biopsychosocial assessments, deliver individual and group teletherapy, and collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate care for patients with co-occurring conditions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT
• Conduct clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans based on member needs
• Manage crisis situations and provide real-time risk assessments and safety planning

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field
• Current Nevada Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC, or LMFT)
• Two or more years of direct experience in the behavioral health field with adults
• Experience with severe mental illness and knowledge of local resources
• Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred
