Job Summary
To support a Med-Psych Management Program, the full-time Nevada Licensed Therapist will provide biopsychosocial assessments, deliver individual and group teletherapy, and collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate care for patients with co-occurring conditions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT
- Conduct clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans based on member needs
- Manage crisis situations and provide real-time risk assessments and safety planning
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Nevada Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC, or LMFT)
- Two or more years of direct experience in the behavioral health field with adults
- Experience with severe mental illness and knowledge of local resources
- Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred
