Job Summary
To support a remote Med-Psych Management Program, the full-time Nevada Licensed Therapist will provide biopsychosocial assessments, deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy, and collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate patient care across various treatment settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teletherapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT for patients with co-occurring conditions
- Administer clinical assessments to measure acuity and adjust treatment plans based on member readiness and clinical needs
- Conduct real-time risk assessments and crisis stabilization for high-acuity member events as the clinical point of escalation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
- Current independent behavioral health license from the Nevada Department of Health (LCSW, CPC, or LMFT)
- Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field
- Experience with severe mental illness and knowledge of local resources and social determinants of health
- Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred
