Job Summary
Providing high-quality individual and group teletherapy, the remote Nevada Licensed Therapist for the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, collaborate with an integrated care team, and manage a caseload while ensuring effective crisis management and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to patients with interpersonal violence and co-occurring conditions
- Lead clinical risk stratification through validated assessments and adjust treatment plans based on member needs
- Engage caregivers and community organizations to build sustainable support networks for members
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
- Current Nevada Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC, or LMFT)
- Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field
- Experience with severe mental illness and knowledge of social determinants of health
- Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred
