Job Summary
Providing high-quality teletherapy, the full-time Nevada Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and collaborate with an integrated care team in a 100% remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT for patients in the Med-Psych Management Program
- Conduct clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans based on member readiness and clinical needs
- Engage with caregivers and community organizations to build sustainable support networks for members
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
- Current Nevada Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC, or LMFT)
- Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field
- Experience with severe mental illness and knowledge of social determinants of health
- Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred
