Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, a Nevada Licensed Therapist for the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program will provide biopsychosocial assessments, deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy, and coordinate care within an integrated team to support clients dealing with interpersonal violence and co-occurring conditions.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teletherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care for clients in the IVRP
  • Conduct clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans based on member readiness and clinical needs
  • Engage with caregivers and community organizations to build sustainable support networks for clients
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
  • Current Nevada Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC, or LMFT)
  • Two or more years of direct experience in the behavioral health field, particularly with adults
  • Knowledge of mental health, substance use disorders, and social determinants of health
  • Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices is preferred
