Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - Las Vegas, NV).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation from case inception through verdict
• Organize and prepare case materials for hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current Nevada bar license, in good standing
• Completion of coursework in legal research, writing, and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to draft clear, well-structured legal documents
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
