Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation from case inception through verdict
• Organize and prepare case materials for hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada
• Experience in litigation or relevant legal internships
• Familiarity with insurance defense law and regulations
