Nevada Licensed Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

To support the Finance Shared Services Center, the full-time salaried Nevada Licensed Vice President of Finance will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive process improvements while fostering employee development and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy of financial transactions and general ledger reconciliations across multiple departments
• Implement strategic programs to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance Shared Services Center
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for the Finance Shared Services Center's objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management; master's degree preferred
• CPA certification is preferred
• Over ten years of hospitality accounting experience, with twelve or more years in a supervisory role
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/EPM, Cognos BI, and Power BI
• Strong project management and process improvement skills, ideally with PMP and Lean/Six Sigma certifications
