Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims team, the fully remote Nevada Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage and resolve complex workers compensation claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills
• Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the claim file outcome

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjuster licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
