Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills
• Interact extensively with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Nevada Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
