Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and teams to define project requirements, scope, timelines, and objectives
• Oversee projects related to federal and regional requirements for homeless response systems
• Document project workflows and create comprehensive project documentation

• Experience in project management, including scheduling and tracking progress
• Subject matter expertise in HMIS, coordinated entry, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to learn new software applications and stay updated on technology
