Key Responsibilities

• Support provider enrollment into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program
• Review and process Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications according to guidelines
• Perform outreach to providers to ensure accurate documentation for enrollment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working experience in a customer service role
• At least two years of provider enrollment experience is highly desired
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and resolve issues effectively
