Nevada Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the enrollment of providers into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program, the remote Provider Enrollment Specialist will review and process applications according to state guidelines while ensuring accurate documentation through outreach to providers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications according to guidelines
• Screen and determine compliance with state requirements using multiple websites
• Perform outreach to providers to ensure complete and accurate documentation for enrollment

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
• At least two years of provider enrollment experience is highly desired
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in resolving problems and issues promptly and effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
