Nevada Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting provider enrollment into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program, the remote Nevada Provider Enrollment Specialist will review and process Medicaid applications, perform outreach to providers, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications according to guidelines
• Screen applications using multiple websites to determine compliance with state requirements
• Conduct outreach to providers via phone and email to ensure accurate documentation for enrollment

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
• At least two years of provider enrollment experience is highly desired
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Effective problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
