Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple clinics within an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Float between clinics to support operations and maintain workflow continuity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office managers, providing guidance and support

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple locations or teams in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of front and back office clinic operations
• Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Proven experience supporting and coaching office managers
• Ability to travel between clinics within the assigned region
