Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing exceptional customer service related to dog registrations and AKC policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations and educate them on AKC policies and resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs effectively to resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues independently
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
