Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Agent will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats while providing exceptional customer service related to dog registrations and AKC policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations and educate them on AKC policies and resources
- Utilize multiple software programs effectively to resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues independently
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
