Job Summary

The fully remote Nevada Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
  • Maintain professional communication and meet performance goals while navigating multiple software programs
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
  • Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
