Job Summary
The fully remote Nevada Contact Center Agent will manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
- Maintain professional communication and meet performance goals while navigating multiple software programs
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to multi-task across various web-based programs and applications
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
