Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Rep will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and various software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
- Maintain professional communication with team members and management through various channels while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems and policies
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
